Yes, he should. But the fact that he didn't add a proper reference makes me think he doesn't know how strict Bitcointalk is on plagiarism. He could have made the same post with proper references, and he also typed enough by himself to qualify for whatever signature earnings he gets from it if he wouldn't have added the copied text.

We shouldn't just ban everyone for small things, that would make the forum very quiet. There's a difference between a bounty spammer copying someone else's posts, and someone who doesn't follow the rules exactly to the letter.

That's the kind of plagiarism we should get rid of. But if it wouldn't for spammers like this, posts like the one oHnK made wouldn't even draw anyone's attention. It's what I would call normal forum usage.
