Coming to eth value - I think it has raised again over 3000 USD/ETH now a few months ago it was around 2000 USD/ETH.

So making a call to buy ETH right now wouldn't be a good option unless you're going to hold it for years and are ready to take the risk of losing some if the price goes down.
But there's a good chance you'll make a profit by investing in ETH for the long term.
