I really wonder how these campaign managers choose to hire their participants. Do they actually read their posts or just look at their post & merit count and decide if they deserve the position?
If all (or most) campaign managers were doing their job the way they were supposed to do it, and had high criteria - then they would find it very difficult to fill places in their campaigns. That's why someone invented the
"5 merits in 120 days" rule, which is nothing but something that suits shitposters. Let’s change that to say 25 merits in 120 days, and I believe the amount of signature spam will drop by at least 30% - 50%.
