Some do (I actually checked foobee spreadsheet and he did remove a few) but even if they do probably asinur is a standard case so if you kick the likes of him you shut down the campaign, and I suspect in some other cases they are told to accept everyone and it's pretty easy to understand why. They have a fixed budget of x tokens, those will be split between the participants so for them it's not like they are paying extra for those shitposts, 10 quality posts or 1000, 1 shitpost or a million, it's the same cost, and they need as much exposure as they can get.
