Have you not opened an account on roobet for a long time so when you want to open an account you are not found there? or are all the names and passwords correct?

I registered the account played a few times and then i did not log in for months until i heard they are starting the sports book and since i wage in sports i wanted to see the platform and when i tried to log in after months i was not able to and when i tried to recover my account it said that the username does not exist. .AFAIK they are only issued KYC requirements but not clearing inactive accounts specially for not being online just for months.
