I thought that people had already given up on ICOs and how can they invest in an anonymous project since the past has shown that many ICOs run by anonymous people have become a scam. how do you intend to gain people's trust? where are the team members?

seems that they ran ICO couple of years ago, but why now posting their thread here? are they trying to milk again naive investors? what did they accomplish from their ICO funds collected before?
