Is this [url=https://www.jefferies.com/]Jeffries, LLC[/url]?  If so, they look like an investment banking company, and I guess I'm missing the connection with the "ATM facility" tag.  Can anyone clarify that for me?  Are they involved with BTCATMs or does that refer to something different?

Actually, ATM facility is not related to Automated Teller Machines, rather than to At The Market Issuance.


Basically, Microstrategy decided to raise capital offering up to USD 1,000,000,000 through the sale of shares. They are collecting the capital, vs issuing new shares in an equal dollar amount, at market price. This new capital, is then used to buy more bitcoins.
