that's how humans we can only try to hold back emotions but without us realizing it when a problem arises, whether it's a big or small problem, our emotions are unconsciously difficult to control so that it makes things that shouldn't be done. I think it's very human,
we can only try not to get emotional but we don't know to what extent we are able to hold it.
