The reshuffle should be done before the transfer window closes or are they waiting for 2 more defeats to make sure that an reshuffle is needed.
If I have to give an opinion then the coach should be replaced because he failed to motivate the players.

I think the one to blame is of course Arteta as a coach, a bad strategy and most importantly not being able to motivate the players.
I don't see any progress during Arteta's time as Arsenal coach, Arsenal have bought players, but Arsenal's performance was very poor.
I really hope Arsenal will change coaches soon, otherwise the morale of Arsenal's players will get worse and it will be more difficult to recover.
