Ban appeal needs time to be handled by global moderators or admins (rarely). First, they need to be online. Second, they have to go through reports, post history, checking for plagiarism on their sides. Second chance will be applied after very in-depth and careful investigation.

OP has to be very patient about this ban appeal. Make noise does not help. Being too hurry does not help. Your ban appeal topic is enough and you can bump it every 24 hours.
