Hi, thank you for your reply. I dont have enough tech. about of crypto but after their reply i was wondering about of " what is the cross-chain " . I searched on google and read some articles about of cross-chain but I dont understand what they want to say me.. I really think that Poloniex doesn't take me seriously because always got some answer from support . As a result nothing... I am really sad about of it.. How can takes recover process more then 190 days. Is it possible ?
Be patient, your problem is very serious and requires technical matters. I believe that email and live chat support does not have the competence to deal directly. They will keep giving the same reply over and over again as long as they don't get any updates from their technical team. They must have had an undisclosed reason why it took so long.
By the way, I strongly discourage publishing your complaint ticket number. Remember, scammers anda impersonators are everywhere.
