Anyway, as you have not provided the right documents they have right to decline your documents. Also, you might have multiple accounts on there and for that reason they required documents before withdrawal. They have told that document not matched that doesn't mean you have no alternative accounts on there.

Hi! I submitted my documents as soon as I wake up, with no delay. I'm agree with KYC before withdrawal and I sent my documents, but for some reason (firstly "details not matched" and then "multiaccounting") they just ignore me.
