As JayDDee already has written the Link was a fake one with Malware when you download everything from there.
I reported the link already and have written also in my thread about it here Report Malware and Suspicious Links here so Mods can take Action !

Just tried the link and it works for me right !

It worked for me too, that's why I assumed a phishing link. Could be AV or firewall blocking you, or some other network problem.
