The Betja Support does not answer either to my emails nor to tickets I have created on their website (they simple close tickets without responding). Furthermore, it looks like they also deactivated the withdrawal button for my account. At least I do not see it anymore. what about their Live support ? or the chatroom? Betja account does not been active in this forum constantly they even make a post weekly .

the Cashout is not a permanent thing, depends on the event it may appear or disappear.

But it looks like there are really issue in cashing out , Hope you'll get your funds sooner and they will not alleged you of violating rules like many claims in other sites.
