it looks like they also deactivated the withdrawal button for my account. At least I do not see it anymore. I still have funds in my account and would like to withdraw my money but currently it is not possible because recent request was declined without any notification, the abscence of any withdrawal button and no response from their support...
it looks like you are also facing problems regarding withdrawals, hopefully this problem is not because you abuse theirs systems.
when I look his problem on another site because of limited/day. Look like the case is different on betja, maybe they decline his withdrawal because the account was detected compromised. maybe he was log in with a VPN or another gadget which was detected by website as compromised. Just wait for the response and not much worried because his account still had the balance. this means the team hasn't terminated the account.
if your account is comprised the players need to create a support ticket and they will investigate the matter thoroughly and process the funds one by one and it will take some time to manually verify them and process the transaction.You can best to do is wait as said your funds are safe in your account but if you violated the rules then it will be a problematic for you to withdraw the funds.
