Like I said above, the same case happened to one of their users but got settled. We can conclude the delay of withdrawal is a general issue and not an isolated one (I hope so)

i think the case is different from Him and the other user mate, because the last claims does not receive any response at all since he tried to reach the team and owner , though yeah his funds got back after weeks.
This one has answer and the response is negative about nothing they can do so Bitvest need to explain this issue directly here though i doubt that answers will come from their end here in forum because never that they answer any issue this past .
