You are asking question and answering yourself.

If you lost Bitcoin files and you still have the passphrase all you need to do is create an account, log in, go to settings, and click the addresses where an option to import BTC addresses will appear. After entering your private keys, you should be able to access your wallet once again.
Not passphrase but seedphrase, but if passphrase was included, you will also need to include it while importing the seedphrase, so the wallet will generate the right keys and addresses.

There is nothing like login about noncustodial wallet, it is not an exchange account or custodial wallet or service, you have the full control over your noncustodial wallet, only what to do is to import you seedphrase (and passphrase if included).

Also know that you can not have access to your wallet file this way, only the keys and addresses you will have access to that will sychronize with the blockchain, and also you will be able to spend your coins. To have access to your wallet file, you will need to aways backup the wallet file and keep it safe, which can generate everything about your previous wallet back unlike seed phrase that will only generate the keys and addresses only. But wallet file can corrupt, which make seed phrase the perfect way to access back your bitcoin if the wallet file get corrupted.
