I still have funds in my account and would like to withdraw my money but currently it is not possible because recent request was declined without any notification, the abscence of any withdrawal button and no response from their support...
it looks like you are also facing problems regarding withdrawals, hopefully this problem is not because you abuse theirs systems.
when I look his problem on another site because of limited/day. Look like the case is different on betja, maybe they decline his withdrawal because the account was detected compromised. maybe he was log in with a VPN or another gadget which was detected by website as compromised. Just wait for the response and not much worried because his account still had the balance. this means the team hasn't terminated the account.

Full marks to moderator of this thread despite all odds to the system of betJA. Moderator is continuously listening and replying to queries here. Although its just 3 months old thread but this thread will greatly help betJA dev team to rectify problems in there system (if they are sincere to this business). This thread is like QA to betJA.com.
i can say, this one is far from 1xbit, aside from being active here, they are also easy to reach via telegram. and they do reply and resolve your issues as much as they can. this is good if they want to build the trust from the community. they have a lot of competitors here, popular and long-running bookies, so they need to step up and satisfy their players..be clear and honest in resolving issues. because one day, this site will earn their position among bookmakers here. and soon, if they can a lot of their funds to acquire gambling license, that would be nice addition on their site.
