How do you know who is downvoting the posts and that the admin is doing it?
Who else would waste time trying to downvote every single negative post on their reddit account?They simply don't want those posts to be seen on top so they push them down, and I witness this happening several times but I can't prove anything.
I can only suspect that co-founder clown btchip and ledgersupport_muto are most active in this downvoting and moderating.
This problem has existed for three and a half months and they decided to post an announcement just five days ago [SMH] and on top of that, it took them months to come up with a so-called "sustainable resolution" while we know how much it really takes to fix or prevent the issue in question!
It's because they are amateurs working in some garage or basement from French village and they probably don't have enough workers to process and check everything.They are still one of the best selling hardware wallets but that won't last very long.
Yeah right! So that's why some of the users have received "multiple" faulty replacement units

Nothing surprised me from ledger anymore, and I am just waiting to see what circus show will come next from them.
