Never put 100% of your expectation into this business , meaning trade with limitation and small expectation , never seek for too much profit instead just put your profit into 20-40% that is basically the practical income for you not to be more stressed in trading.

Just don't expect profits all the time because once your mindset is like that, you will never be stress in times you get losses. Trading may require the best of us to make profits but we know we can't do that all the time. Crypto market is very unpredictable and so as trading crypto outcome too.

I personally have my own leisure time too wherein i get off from in front of my monitor and enjoy the things that has nothing to do with trading anymore. Trading is really stressful so you need to divert your mind somehow in things that will make you more refresh.
