When it comes to KYC, I believe that if a casino has to require it (which I don't think anyone likes) then it should be required, like here, before making a deposit, not when we want withdraw money. This is the most fair.

Use of a VPN to adjust your IP at any time isn't allowed in our Terms & Conditions. That rule mostly exists to prevent people from changing their location to a country that isn't allowed. I'd guess from what BitcoinHunt3r said that he's used one to circumnavigate a rule for one of our promotions that two people in the same household or location can't both claim the bonus or promotion, which wouldn't be allowed either.

It would honestly depend on the bonus. Each of our promotions has its own T&Cs, but most include a line like this: "Only one PROMOTION NAME can be claimed per person, household, email, depositing wallet, IP address or device." I believe that's pretty standard language.
