Chelsea have their one eye on Kounde from Seville I don't think that will be interested in De Ligt, he has been underperforming since he moved from Ajax to Juventus a year ago, he would need to prove his worth once again to attract top team in their Summer, nobody would overpay for someone who offers nothing defensively...
