At bottom of the main page shows few social media account which could be used to get help or support. But it's weird there's no dedicated page about the website or how to contact them.
There is dedicated place when you login to account. You can find contact form on FAQ page. But obviously, if you can't access, it's not solution. So, they have email
support@freebitco.in. Finally, you can contact TheQuin on Bitcointalk, so, there is multiple ways to contact them.
Weird choice to only let user who login can see the contact information. If i were freebitco.in user who barely know about bitcointalk & can't login, i would use social media since that's all i could found.
