As regards the bear market, nobody can really predict the market, so it is best to eangage the market with caution and only invest what you are willing to lose.

I have no thoughts at the moment because I have nothing to do but endure and wait for a long time. The amount of losses I have suffered may take some time for the market to recover. So waiting and patience is my only concern.
