**Former XTRABYTES leadership statement as of 24 September 2021**

This announcement will update you on the most recent events. The text also includes
how the former XTRABYTES leadership plans to move forward.

After our last announcement, while weighing the reactions from both team and
community, we opted to present Zoltán with a final suggestion to save the project, the
team, and the community.

On the 17th of September, in the XTRABYTES workspace server, we shared a two option
document with Zoltán and the complete XTRABYTES team.

The two options were:

**Option 1**
A complete company rebrand, handing over the technology to the new company,
resulting in the shutdown of Xtrabytes.

• The new company would offer all the coin holders the option to swap their XBY/
XFUEL coins into the new coin/company. Zoltán would receive an hourly salary
(yet undetermined) to handle the development (was to be outlined in a Letter of
Intent).
• Zoltán would receive a royalty based on the success of the technology. (was to
be outlined in a Letter of Intent).
• The agreements outlined in the Letter of Intent would be written into a legal
contract after the seed round was completed.
• The company rebranding announcement would progress immediately after
reaching an agreement.
• As per Zoltán's request, his name would be removed from technology references
to him, including the Investor Deck, the website, and any promotional materials.
• Zoltán's XTRABYTES business and legal liability risks would become the
liabilities of the new company.
The Letter of Intent would include (but not limited to):
• An hourly pay rate in USDC or USDT.
• A Royalty Percentage.
• A Non Disclosure Agreement
• The technology/IP would be transferred to the new business.
• The technology/IP would be held by the foundation, not with individuals or
shareholders.
• The agreement that decision making would be made by the leadership - in
time this would transfer to a foundation structure
• An appropriate and trusted member of the former XTRABYTES leadership
would view the PoSign Code to enable them to conform to the team and
community it's been seen - this would not be a question of trust from the
leadership but rather, an essential step for the community.
• A more detailed list of expectations and responsibilities would be identified
in the final contract. ie, to educate new developers to understand the
technology.

**Option 2**
Zoltán choosing to continue with the XTRABYTES company.

• The former XTRABYTES leaders team would not be involved with the
XTRABYTES project.
• The responsibility for any further steps taken by the XTRABYTES project would
be the sole responsibility of Zoltán. Such as the responsibility of community
communications and new team development.
• The new company would no longer make a coin swap available to XBY and
XFUEL.
• The entire liability of XTRABYTES would remain with Zoltán. It would be Zoltán's
sole responsibility to move the project forward.

Zoltán was given a full week to make up his mind and let us know his decision (what option he would go by). Unfortunately, not any kind of answer was given to the former XTRABYTES leadership team.

As a result the former xtrabytes leadership will:
• Interpret Zoltán’s lack of communication as a sign that he prefers option 2 to
option 1. The four bullet points deriving from this decision and described above
will be effective immediately.
• Stop any further communication with Zoltán and interference with his
XTRABYTES project. We will go our separate ways.
• Remove themselves from the XTRABYTES workspace server.

The vision we have is clear. We know what we want and what is needed to reach our
goals.

A new company called AnuuTech™ is in the making.
Key XTRABYTES employees will be approached for immediate and future
cooperation within the new company.

I wouldn't say that the Community can be in any way responsible for your relationship with Zoltán.

I think people has invested on the promises of this team.

If what we've invested is lost and the team will be benefiting from this project it's possible not all the Community members will be happy with it.

If you'll be able to arrange things in the way we all will be benefiting together with you it would make much more sense for everybody.

I personally do not have the pleasure to be acquainted with Zoltán to the point that I can't tell for sure whether he exists.

On the opposite the money I invested into XBY are quite real for me.

So please arrange your plans not only in the way for you to act correctly towards Zoltán, if you desire, but also to be correct towards the Community that for all these years has waited for you to begin delivering something meaningful.
