Yeah, most of the ICOs are scams. If there is a legit ICO, it's very hard to reach the softcap. So many projects cant able to start because of funds. Instead of ICO, IEO, IDO, etc are good now. But remember, For these people need to do research and choose some good exchange.

Instead of all of them, Investment in Bitcoin is best. Also to make an investment in Bitcoin, you don't need a lot of resrch. Without any kind of knowledge, you can make an investment in Bitcoin, but for this, you need to hold a long time. It's good if you have some knowledge about support and resistance. For avoiding buy at top some TA is also essential.

I agree on that most of the ICO's are scam, there are good ICO but it is hard to find them you need to search carefully, for me the best option is to buy Bitcoin instead of buying ICO's because Bitcoin is good for long term investment. We can invest in ICO's but we need to do research carefully to avoid being scamed by scamer.
