Unfortunately $5 Visa Blue cards are sold out but a new stock is on the way and should be available soon. Please keep checking our website.
Unfortunately, these cards cannot be used with ads. But based on the experience of our customers Black cards can be used there. Black cards work in an activated Google/FB advertising account, but unfortunately our cards cannot be used to set up a new ads account. If you have an old Google/FB account which you already used for advertising then our cards should work. if you haven't paid for advertising from this account before, it will not work.

Regarding the balance check, yes you can check it on our website.
