I don't really have all the details pertaining to this particular case but isn't it that BestChange is just a site providing a list of exchanges and their corresponding exchange rates? As such, is BestChange, therefore, responsible for a particular exchange getting hacked? Is BestChange even culpable for the loss of the exchange's users when as soon as the information was relayed that the exchange was compromised, BestChange immediately suspended its listing?

Thank you for your reply,

As our FAQ says:
Quote
None of the listed exchangers is connected with BestChange nor it is legally bound with us. The users make their own decision whether to perform an exchange based on the data provided by the monitor: current exchange rates, customer reviews, age of exchangers, duration of being listed on BestChange. BestChange monitor also does not have information about transactions between users and exchangers, including exchange conditions, volumes and number of exchanges.

Shall any suscipcious activity happen in one of the listed exchangers, it is our job to immediately suspend its listing.

Nevertheless, in the situation with Bihub we did our best to resolve the conflict and make sure that the users received their funds.
