It seems that the Vaccination Lottery program can attract people to register so that the government's target in reducing the number of people infected with Covid-19 can succeed. Before I'm happy there's a perks like that but slowly as time passes by, I don't see that now as interesting one. It's hard to win in a lottery so giving them a chance to win doesn't have any impact.

They could just turned the winning amount for a fixed reward once a person got vaccinated. Or give them perks like discounts to all products and services. In that way, there's a reason for those who don't want to be vaccinated to have a shot as not just they will have a defense against the virus but also will give them benefits in their daily lives. That lottery is a joke. Only few winners out from million people.
