I make transactions on telegram. I don't know him in this forum. As you can see people selling Bitcointalk accounts they are on OTC telegram groups. It only takes a few chats to make a transaction.

Yeah I can't think of any good reason to trust random bounty cheaters here. No proof of anything, just saying "I bought the account". If they can't at least throw to supposed account seller under the bus then the whole charade is useless.
