Sir, I tried to understand some parts of your post but couldn't, especially the area I bolded. If you can throw more light in that particular area, I'll appreciate.
Seems quite straightforward. If you submit by twitbook credentials (if I had any) to some random bounty, it may not mean that I'm your alt. Anybody can do it and bounty managers are too lazy to verify the ownership of those accounts. But if whoever is in control of those social media accounts starts posting for that bounty, that's a much more solid connection.

To my understanding, OP is not saying that the person that gave him first merit should be banned.
He made that statement based on the first reply gotten from @Lovesmayfamilis

This statement confused OP and made him believe he was banned because of the merit sent to him by a famous scammer. Anyone in the shoes of OP will ask same question because it looks like a set up.
However, it is important that OP knows that his ban has nothing to do with the merit sent him. He was banned because of Spam and Plagiarism, and maybe in extention because of ban evasion.
