No wonder OP didn't give any reasons to be unbanned. He didn't even deny plagiarism, ban evasion or whatever. He simply dropped a post pretending to be ignorant in order to decieve innocent people.

They were able to track and discover that he was evading ban by looking at the list of those who bought merits off the forum (all accounts involved were red tagged and those found evading ban were punished, including OP). To be clear, Op was not banned for purchasing merits, and merits trading is not against the rules but discouraged because you will eventually receive the red tag (seller and buyer). You still don't understand what is going on and keep bumping the thread.
