Hopefully, you, bawb, understand that there is substance behind this post, and hopefully your tendencies towards emotionalisms do not get in the way of the "bigger picture." 
Only unignored, and responding to this post, because I'm moderating this thread.
I'm aware of my tendencies to act emotionally, but I also recognize that after acting emotionally, I may have some cleanup work to do, after calming down, and working to reconcile the situation - which I will take ownership of, and admit bad-form on my part.
IOW, I know I'm an asshole, not proud of it, but try really hard to be a better human than I was yesterday.
I'm constantly checking myself.

By the way, I did make my attack on Bawb postening a wee bit stronger than I would have otherwise merely as a provocation... .. and whatever, I will be taking under advisement regarding the whole thread administrative matters.... or even the need for this thread, as Arrie already pointed out.. even if I don't necessarily agree with that little winning twat in the vast majority of his posts... For example, even the WO thread does not require the need for a hat.. or even that any forum member posting there be hat-tolerant. I don't see any evidence that you, Bawb, have enforced the need for a hat rule, and of course, that is up to you, even though it seems a bit of a weird prerequisite for posting in a thread that is "in the WO spirit". but whatever, it's your thread, and you do you.
There's also the comedy aspect. That's the reason I don't have him on ignore. I find his sophomoric posturing hilarious.

That's a fair point, Jimbo... Arrie does say some pretty humorous stuff, and it seems that he actually believes some of his own dumbness...
On a personal level, I haven't found any reason to ignore any member.. at least not so far.. yet I do understand that based on time constraint considerations, some members are going to prefer to use that kind of ignore feature.
