", then a potential player has a suspicion that something is not very good both with the site and with the project.

Well if thats the case OP needs to show more community interaction since somehow this is one of the important thing need to do by them especially they are trying to lure people to bet on their site, competition is so high and getting more trust is the most important thing here so in the case of OP they really need to update their community on what's new or any update regarding on their betting site since for sure many especially those new one want to hear regarding on the betting news itself.
