BAT is available for tip if you use Brave browser. I don't think you can tip BAT on other browsers.

Iirc BAT is rather worthless. And Brave browser creator made a number of shitty things that made many people avoid that browser/project.
I think that you simply cannot compare the awareness of Twitter with that rather small project.
