Yes on other sites each contest will be given a ticket at every bet or leaderboard, but for Flush I don't know about it because it's not written in the contest rules, even the draw isn't written there, maybe the admin will clarify here after he's back online.

If the rules are no tickets or leaderboards then that's great for even small gamblers can be big odds.

Also, take note of their KYC policy, item no. 11 (https://flush.com/kyc-policy). So if you win, they may ask you to submit KYC. So be ready for that. Players may be tempted to join but should be ready in submitting your KYC. Contests like this are really attractive especially it seems there are not much players, so your chance is quite high.
