Correct, if you have balance in wallet you cant claim it and just have to play some games and wish either you make it big so that you can reach near payout and withdraw it, or else have to deposit and make it big win. Else those 0.1$ claims will just be to test out their games and luck.

That's only fair because if the user will just collect and not play, then, it may be the reason of abuse. Just like other casinos that I know here like betja, giving 100 sats hourly (approx $0.048 at the current rate), but you need to place bet after getting about 200sats before you can claim again. Which for me is only fair and square to avoid abuse of using faucets.
