talk about the quality of the goods. it's a risk when buying stuff without seeing and trying it first. when the goods arrived. often the goods do not match the original form.

In this pandemic, online shopping has increased because people can not go to the store. Besides that, many local stores have been closed so they only have a choice to buy online. So they can only see the image of the product and then order it.
