If the owner can't attend here, maybe assign a staff that will actively engage to the community. This will help them gain the confidence of their bettors. Visibility is needed to keep afloat in this business. If people will see their active presence, I believe there will be more bettors using real money. They already have good payment options to choose from. What is lacking here is active presence and maybe contests or promotional activities to sustain the interest of players.
