See OP, all it takes is just patience, I knew that they won't simply let their reputation be tarnished that easily especially if it can be resolved, @lightlord is just so busy, even our pay outs we're moved to a bi-monthly basis so it's easy for @lightlord to distribute the payouts and do the posts.
Do not use "busy" as a reason for delayed withdrawal, that's an unacceptable reason in the first place.
The fact is, delayed payment happened multiple times already and when delayed is happened then it took too long time (weeks).
Even if it is true that lightlord is so busy IRL, he should act professionally.
When he knows that he is going to be busy for a specific period of time, he should have someone as a back up to manage his business in order to serve the players.
This is true. He should act more profesionally and be responsible for these kind of issues. It is always better that he give more attentions to his customers if they have value to him.
As a fellow gambler, delayed withdrawal is very frustrating, I really can't blame the player to be frustrated from it. If it has been delayed for many days, the player most likely will lose his temper and probably just rant and play his money on site even he win or lose it.
