Bad.
If you're asking what to do right now then that's a bad time to invest for you. You don't know what you're about to do and that's why you have to stop and observe the market before you invest.
It's better to be aware and knowledgeable in what you invest than to invest and adjust later.
I think this Newbie seem lazy to run technical analysis on their own. They mostly go out there to ask what to invest on whenever they have small capital.. Meanwhile one needs to read and understand perfectly on what they're putting their money on before making that decision.. Matter of fact, I'm a Newbie too as I'm very much fresh in the system but I try to conduct research before giving my hard earned money out though
It's understandable, if someone is a newbie, he doesn't seem to be fond of analysis. Not all are good in analysis and that's why they're asking. But with the simple logic about buying at the top, it's not really a good time to buy or when you're asking about it because it seems that you're not yet ready for it and it may come by a surprise upon investing and then the market dips and you're at the wrong timing doing it.
