This isn't the first time this has happened and trust feedback can very easily be changed to neutral. By the way, what timeframe did you specify? I thought you said the last payment was over ten weeks ago? Not to add insult to injury, but you shouldn't have allowed this amount of debt to accumulate. Not with lightlord's reliability in question.
