The broken english part is subjective IMO.

However I tend to agree it's suspicious someone reactivates his account after one year and asking for money, but suspections isn't a 100% proof here.

I have not changed my email or 2fa or adress or any login info.i know asking after 1 year for loseback is kind bad.but they didn't credited me theire self the loseback at the time and i lost more then 400k$ at that time.
