Have you tried contacting them (those two users) via PMs so they can review and edit their comments based on the evidence you presented? If they are blocking PMs from newbies, try mentioning their names here (some users use notification bots to know when someone mentions them).
I understand your frustration! Even a small comment can easily destroy a service's reputation, especially if it is one of the first comments on the first page. It can mislead visitors who, usually, do not read the entire thread.
Well, I know it's not me who should contact those two via PM but I think you misquoted me instead of quoting op. Op, could try to contact and we'll wait if those two will respond. Didn't bother to check the accounts as I don't have something against them. You should edit your post and quote the right forum user instead of me. I am sure you didn't noticed it right away.
