But in the support mail DuckDice team said that they have credited 10% loseback to you. And the mail was sent to you on 27th September, 2021. This is like a false promotional system. I have never received 2loseback on losing 10 bitcoins but I have received 4.5 bitcoins on losing 40 bitcoins and some extra bonuses for 6 months.But at duckdice.io I have received less then 5% loseback and no bonuses

I'm not really sure about the terms of their bonus promotion but based on the explanation of the Duckdice you were inactive for a year that's why they did not allow you to claim big loseback but if they include it on the terms of their bonus that being inactive will receive a lower loseback percentage. You lose a big amount of Bitcoin, I think Duckdice should treat their VIP players well is there any other way to resolve this issue?

I played there and I didn't found any unfair bet result for a year with 5btc bet even. So I keep that good thing in my mind and I tried to contact them via Pm and email and live support but they will not response so I decide to bring the issue to the public forum.even I tried again and I send a Pm to admin Stan.
