Did you provide all of those to the support? if they don't answer you through this thread, they have the support to help you with your concern through live chat.
If you are serious about the assertion of the deceived player, then it is necessary that he not just write here "they deceived me, they did not give me the money" - ( by the way, $ 10K is a huge amount, not $ 10 at all) he needs to bring scans of correspondence with the support here.
