You have clearly shifted your argument from
"there is no official connection" to
"we are using software developed by the same company", and finally
"the same company set up our service from a to z". Thus, it's clear that there is some connection between 1xBet and 1xBit despite your efforts to deny it.
Your previous representative even admitted that customer support falls on the 1XBET platform:
