It's the name of a book that you can find wherever you look for books.

Nice, but still very important that before making a post like this, you should do some research yourself and get some genuine link to where we can either buy the book or get the pdf version of it.

Best would have been you quote the authors insight before asking your question.

Secondly - - what is Quant strategy? "you can easily Google that" you might say, but what's wrong if you take your time to explain here for those who don't know what it actually is?
