If you really cared about expanding your userbase you would follow the blueprint of similar sites like bitgame and betfury and take off the KYC requirements.

Regardless of the KYC policy and forum inactivity I still have hope for this project and you and your team should take as much time as you need marketing, funding and doing whatever else you need to help it take off.
