Legalizing cryptocurrencies is not an easy thing. There are countries that accept Bitcoin but there are still some difficulties. The value of crypto is always fluctuating, so it is unlikely to become a payment method. Besides, countries are also afraid that the legalization of Bitcoin will affect the country's finances

why you're not sure is there a name other than bitcoin on the back? is there a first crypto besides bitcoin? For the legality of bitcoin in a country until recently ,several countries have legalized crypto including bitcoin as a payment method it is legal depending on needs
